THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

EnhanceWizard at a glance

Free trial
An eligible Free Standard task requires no account or payment card.
Daily allowance
1 accepted image per device and up to 2 per shared IP each UTC day, whichever limit is reached first. The shared service budget also applies.
Image size
Free input and output must each have a longest side of no more than 1,024 pixels.
Formats and watermark
JPG, PNG and WebP. Standard image downloads have no watermark.
Processing and privacy
Your preview stays in the browser until you start. Standard processing uploads the image to private service storage and third-party processing providers; it does not run entirely on your device. Service-owned originals and results are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours; provider retention is separate.
HD processing
Standard HD is enabled. Sign in and review exact output dimensions and credits before processing; service availability is checked when you submit.
Face restoration
Optional face restoration is enabled for the Enhance goal and is off by default. It may alter facial details; compare identity against the source.

An accepted free attempt remains used if processing fails or is cancelled. Unused allowance does not roll over; signing in does not reset it. Processing depends on service availability; your allowance is checked before a task starts. Read the help and limits ↗

Common product questions

Is EnhanceWizard free?

An eligible Free Standard task requires no account or payment card. 1 accepted image per device and up to 2 per shared IP each UTC day, whichever limit is reached first. The shared service budget also applies. Free input and output must each have a longest side of no more than 1,024 pixels. Processing is subject to service availability.

Do I need to sign up?

An eligible Free Standard task requires no account or payment card. Paid processing and saved account features require sign-in when enabled.

Does EnhanceWizard add a watermark?

Standard image downloads have no watermark.

Which image formats are supported?

Use JPG, PNG and WebP, at least 128 × 128 pixels, up to 20 MB and 20 megapixels. Free input and output must each have a longest side of no more than 1,024 pixels.

Can EnhanceWizard fix blurry photos?

Standard may improve mild softness and apparent detail. Severe motion blur and missing information cannot be reliably recovered. Check faces, text, logos and material texture against the original.

How does HD processing work?

Standard HD is enabled. Sign in and review exact output dimensions and credits before processing; service availability is checked when you submit.

Is face restoration available?

Optional face restoration is enabled for the Enhance goal and is off by default. It may alter facial details; compare identity against the source.

Are photos processed entirely on my device?

Your preview stays in the browser until you start. Standard processing uploads the image to private service storage and third-party processing providers; it does not run entirely on your device. Service-owned originals and results are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours; provider retention is separate. The separate pixel art upscaler uses local nearest-neighbor scaling, not the Standard AI model.

What can I upload?

Use a valid JPG, PNG or WebP image under 20 MB and 20 megapixels. The browser checks the file first; the server then decodes, normalizes and reviews it before processing.

How many free images can I process?

1 accepted image per device and up to 2 per shared IP each UTC day, whichever limit is reached first. The shared service budget also applies. Free input and output must each have a longest side of no more than 1,024 pixels. An accepted free attempt remains used if processing fails or is cancelled. Unused allowance does not roll over; signing in does not reset it.

Why is the result still blurry?

Enhancement can improve noise, sharpness and apparent detail, but it cannot reliably recover information that was never captured. Severe motion blur, tiny faces, text and compression damage can remain imperfect. Compare at full size before relying on the result.

When are paid credits charged?

A paid task reserves the quoted credits when accepted. Credits are captured only after a valid result is stored and available. A confirmed technical failure releases the paid reservation. Downloading an existing result does not create another charge.

Can I cancel a task?

A task can be cancelled while it is still queued. Once sent to a provider, cancellation may no longer be available. A cancelled or failed accepted free attempt is not restored; confirmed failed paid work releases its reserved credits.

How long are images available?

Service-owned originals and results are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours. Provider copies follow each provider's own retention rules. Downloaded copies on your device are outside the service's control.
